Our lead engineer, Arsanious Hanna, is a Professional Engineer, Chief Building Official, and Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Developer with over 35 years of experience in the field. So we have done just about everything and can answer any engineering question or need you may have!

Born and raised in Egypt, Arsanious came to America in the early ‘90s - with just $1,000 in his pocket - so he could reach his goals as an engineer. Before leaving Egypt, he graduated from the School of Civil Engineering at the age of 21. As an immigrant in the US, he worked in gas stations, fast food restaurants, and grocery stores to save money and learn English until he found an engineering firm to hire him.
He believes hard work, adapting to change, and staying true to yourself are very important in reaching your goals - and are a big reason why he is where he is today, with over 35 years of experience as an engineer. Arsanious has extensive knowledge and experience with structural and architectural design, plan checking, and residential/commercial/municipal work.
He’s a hard-working man that loves his job, but when he’s not working, Asanious enjoys attending church, spending time with his family (wife and two kids), traveling, and solving problems.

We provide full structural/architectural plans, structural calculations, submittals to cities, and on-site structural observations by a PE. We also do consultations on design, ideas, contractors for residential, municipal, and commercial projects, building code analysis, and structural stability of existing buildings while being knowledgeable in handicap accessibility, occupancy loads, means of egress, and other critical building codes. Other things we can help with include site visits for dimensioning, communication and paperwork for the city, plan checking, new developments, and more!
We design everything per current codes while also looking for the most economic solution possible. As you can see, we’ve done just about everything and are always happy to help solve your engineering problems!
